In that process we may collect personal information from you as a result of your completion of an insurance application or other forms and information about your transactions and experience with us. Personal information may also be provided to us from other sources collected through proper and legitimate means.
We do not disclose any personal information about you, either during or after your relationship with us, to anyone, except to provide the products and services you requested. Personal information may be disclosed to 1) agents, brokers and representatives to provide the services requested, 2) third party contractors and service providers to provide services or perform marketing and other functions on our behalf, 3) reinsurers, 4) Medical Information Bureau, 5) other parties with whom we may enter into joint marketing agreements for products or services of interest to clients, and 6) to proper authorities as required by law.
We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide the products and services you requested. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to comply with all applicable laws and regulations to guard this information.
